M5OD to NP205?
Hey all,
I am wondering what is involved in mating an M5OD from a late 80's / early 90's 302 4*4 to a np205 from a late 70's truck. What is the bolt pattern and output /input situation? Was there ever a vehicle with this combo factory ( I don't think there was). Thanks for any input.
Also wondering what years the ZF tranny started being available in F250+ trucks behind the 460 and was that tranny ever available in the same truck behind a small block? And what is the mating between the ZF and np205? Is there a difference between a 2 and 4 wheel drive zf other than the tail section?
I realize this is a lot of very technical questions and I appreciate any insight.
