v10 idle?

v10 idle
Its got 125,000 mls,the putt putt sound is just at idle but then stops as soon as you give it gas,also once you get up to speed and high gear it sputters or shakes a little then when given gas and it drops in low gear it stops

Have you had any one read any codes? Almost sounds like a slight miss being at different elms. You might want to check the boots that are under the COPS.
Do you know when the fuel filter was last changed? And did this just start happening or has it been going on for a while?

Sounds like it only happens at low RPMs.
Change your air filter? Bad IAC valve? Injectors need cleaning? Throttle body need cleaning? Throttle position sensor bad? Need new spark plugs?
Can't really say without seeing and hearing it. Does it sound like it's about to stall when it putt, putts?
