05 f150 shift problems at WOT
I recently changed plugs and trans fliud change also. I had to replace the actuator for the intake last year. My fuel mileage has went from
16.5 to 12.5 in the city and at wide open throttle it feels loaded up and shifts hard from first to second and won't shift out of third. It tries but it won't. Seems to shift fine under normal throttle condition. Any thoughts would help

Double check and make sure all of your vacuum and electrical connections are good from the plug change. If so, I would suspect possibly an injector problem. The 04 and 05's did have some injector issues with the injector sticking open or not closing all the way and making a rich condition. A code scan might show this.
