Lost in defrost vent

Lost in defrost vent

2008 F-250 XLT I lost a hearing aid down the defrost vent behind the windshield. Does anyone know how I may retreive it?

Maybe a magnet hooked to a wire or something

Thanks tomsash, it took a while to locate it and it kept hanging up on the grill and falling off the magnet and back down the void but after about 30 min or so I finally got it. That sure beat the hell out of tearing the dash apart.
