what flywheel?
I have a 1996 4.9l with a e4od, I am looking to install a c6 into it. do i use the flywheel from the e4od, or from the c6?

Technically auto transmissions use flexplates not flywheels, but whatever you call it unless the one with the C6 came from another 4.9 you can't use it because it won't have the right balance.

thanks, so will my torque converter from the c6, bolt to the flexplate on the 4.9l?

All SBF engines(Windsor family V8's and the 300I6) use the same trans bolt pattern and that includes the TC bolts.
