Question Glow Plug Harness? Leaking Oil

Hey yall. Did my coolant filter a few weeks ago and did my oil cooler this past week. Well while looking at the truck last night and this morning I see some oil residue on the head. Its comming from this harness going into the head. One per cyl. The last 2 on the passenger side are leaking oil. You can push down and oil comes out and pull it up a good 1/8in to 1/4in. Is this the glow plug harness. If so is this something I can fix easy or do I have to pull the valve cover to do it. Heres a few pics. Thanks

Looks like the GP harness to me and it also looks like the pos. battery terminal is in dire need of cleaning.

Ok great its the GP harness. Now is there a way to maybe pull it and re-o-ring the connector. Or something to keep it from leaking. Does the wire go stright though or is there a plug there? Cant really tell. The battery terminal is actually really good. That is anti-seize. Its kinda messy but over the years I have found that its the best stuff to keep the corrosion away and its conductive to so. I just paint it on. It is messy though.

Ya there is an o-ring on the connector i used a crows foot to get them off. you want to put all of the pressure on the bottom of that harness work it all off together dont break the harness. the glow plug sits down inside a little. get it all lined back up to all four and then press it on. Be shure to lube the new o-ring

So the glow plug is actually going to come out with this connector? I will do my best to get it out without breaking it. Do I just call Ford and ask for the glowplug o-ring that goes to the head? Does anyone happen to have the part #. Thanks

That is not the way I read it. I see it as getting the harness off all 4 gp's 1st and then removing the gp's. Please someone with more exp. on this chime in.

Yeah I am not sure thats why I put a ? mark. I think its just a harness that connects on to the gp's. I think the gps are screwed in and the harness is just pushed on. I think I understand that the connector that is on the harness that goes through the head is the one with the o-ring? Just need to know about this special tool to take the harness off as I dont want to break it and have to by another, and the o-rings also. Is there a part#. Or do they just come on the harness?

I think the glowplug harness o-rings can be had with out the harness. I dont know the part number sorry.
yes the harness hooks to the glowplugs. the glowplugs are threaded in to the heads and would have to be removed after the harness.
the special tool to remove them without breaking them sucks and will also break them. use a some wire and wrap it around the harness connector were the tool would go you will have better luck.
