Does the ford 3spd have a fancy name, like the four speeeds got, (borg-warner,t-18) Just curious here.

Impress 'em more! Ya know why it's called the 3.03? It's the actual distance between the centerline of the countershaft and the centerline of the input shaft.

Hmm, I always thought 3.03 was the ratio of 1st gear. I guess I learned something new.

Where can you get a kit to rebuild a 3 speed? I know you can get kits for the toploader 4 speed.
