Moves when in park

I have a 2000 EXP that will not stay in park. If parked on any incline it will move. Any thoughts?

There are 2 things I can think of that would cause this, one would be the shift linkage is not engaging all the way on the transmission and not putting the vehicle in park. The other thing I could think of is the park pin in the trans is either broken or not engaging.

Im going for the shift linkage under the dash. If you look at the column under the dash you should see a bracket that has come loose. There are lots of posts here about it, I even had this issue.
