O.B.A. boost ses light

O.B.A. boost ses light

how much boost does the O.B.A. fool the pcm to not have a ses light. boost went to 30 today passing a dodge, ses light came on for a minuet or so then went off. will a disconect of the batterys cancle out soft codes?? thanks for the help.

An OBA should not pass more then approximately 22 PSI.

Not sure what codes may or may not clear by disconnecting the batts.

Yeah, Right.

Why not install an OCR from Riffraff Diesel?. Or adjust the OBA you have.

I have an OCR and it works like a charm.

The OBA comes set to ~21psi. I tweaked mine a little (it's VERY sensitive) to work better with my tunes.

Since the SES will clear on its own after like 2 mins -- you shouldn't have to disconnect batteries, unless you just want the old codes cleared out of there...
