Hey Ken have fun in Vinalhaven! Are you hanging out with John Travolta and Kirstie Allie? I used to spend some time out there. One of my best friends from high schools dad owned the boat yard there and I went out with him to help with the boats. My mom and two of her sisters are staying on Monhegan this weekend. Nothing like an island get away I guess!

Hey Justin have you been putting on the weight? I gained 15 to 20 lbs and am still trying to loose it. I think we had ice cream almost every night for the 9 months.

I've put on some weight... I can gain and lose 20 pounds in a month.
