I've tried too. I can't copy or scan the data file for Outlook, so I talked to our IT department in MI and they said take it to the Geeks!!!!!!!!!

I think the hard drive is starting to crap and they say if it's the hard drive I get a new one.

Wouldn't surprise me since it's 3 years old and gets used and abused in the field.
