those are always fun. We had to replace ours back in april when we did the bathroom remodel. it was leaking from around the tand p valve.

afternoon neil. Should be easy marshall. When we found out the t and pp valve was leaking from around the threads we decided that it would be easier to replace it then try and fix that.

It is probably about to go it has been in for about 11 years.Not sure what the life range on one of these are.It seats in our kitchen.

Ours sits in the first floor bathroom under the steps behind a panel. found out it was leaking when we saw some wet insulation since we wrap our water heater. it is a pain in the but to replace our water heater. we have to take the toilet out to remove it from the hole it sits in.
