What Rear End?

Besides a 9", what other rear ends were available in 77'? Did'nt some come with a Dana 44? Any help would be appreciated!

Dana 44 would be the only other half ton option the 3/4 tons got Dana 60s and I don't know what the 1 tons got, I think it was a Dana 70 with dual rear wheels.

Wow...that's a really open ended question. I'm gonna assume you just meant rear ends. And there was actually a discussion on another site and the conclusion was D44's came in the rear of some F100's. Off the top of my head, there were D60's, D61's and D70's.

I'm just concerned about durability? I know Dana 60's are just about bullet proof, but I'm just not familiar with a 44. Thanks. Off to do some research!
