Question

how amny splines

i have an 82 150 whith a dana44 front and a 9" back. how many splines are these axles, im thinking 31-32. thanks.

How about 30 on the 44 and 31 on the 9"...that's if you have stock components.

That's right Mr. K, with 19 on the Dana outers.
MEPR really should just yank em' out and count em' though

you mean you didnt just sit down and count them? thats all the fun right there! lol yeah me personaly i was serprised to find out that my trucks axles where 31spline front and rear. i think the origanal owner had swapped out the front axles or im just misscounting
