So I woke up early and went out and tore down the truck. Started pulling glow plugs on passenger side (since it sounded like it was coming from that side) and tried turning the motor by hand each time I pulled one. Got to #5(I think) on Passenger side(3rd one back from the front) and squirt out comes oil. Pulled the injector and found a tore up o ring. So I am hoping that is my only problem.
I would also suggest that you pull the valve pushrods from that cylinder and roll them over a piece of glass to see if they are bent. That knocking has to have come from somewhere.
I am sure that others will chime in with suggestions on other things to check. Hopefully, the piston rod did not get stressed too much.

Success!!! No bent rod or push rods. Truck purrs like a kitten again. Well as much as diesel can purr. LOL Thanks everyone for all the great ideas. That 7.3 is a tank. Just keeps pluggin away. International had o ring kit for me so I replaced all the o rings on it and the copper washer. So she is good to go!

Great stuff here guys. Dan, you are the man, and yes I have to spread it around. It is nice to see a good diagnosis and relatively quick fix. Glad it went well this time.
So took it for a 100 mile drive this morning. Running great. Took about 10 miles to burn off the left over oil in the pipes. She is idling smoothly and making good power. I seems to be doing better on mileage too. I think that is thanks to the turbo I picked up that only had 30k on it for 275 bucks.
