Damage to lubes?
I was up in maine this weekend where it was -20 to -25 degrees. I have 10w40 in my engine, ATF in the tranny and the T/C. I would assume that the factory fluid is in the rear end, which would be 80w90. I had the engine plugged in to the engine heater so the oil was pleanty warm when i started it, but did anything happen to the fluids which would make me have to change them from being that cold? The power steering pump really whined when I started it, any problem there?

There is no reason to change the fluids just because they were cold.
Power steering pumps make a lot of noise when the fluid is very cold. It can't flow fast enough, so the pump cavitates. It's normal and should go away in a few seconds.
