popping noise

popping noise
I've got a popping noise coming from my front right corner when making turns and going over bumps. I've had a mechanic check it and she sees nothing wrong. My shocks are the stock ones that have been on it for 150k. I know I need some but would one going bad possibly make this noise or do they just sag when they are going bad?

If you ball joints were done the guys got you on the right track. Those stock swaybar bushings are trash IMO, get the polyurethane and this place is where I got mine, great prices. Energy Suspension Parts: 2 Wheel Drive, Ford Excursion 2WD 2001
