Truckaddons.com

Anyone have any thoughts on truckaddons.com They have the Rancho Rs9000xl shocks at $329.00 with free shipping and there is a $100.00 rebate. I've never done business with them so am looking for advice. Need to order by tomorrow to get the rebate. Thanks for the help.

I ordered these shocks from them about 16 weeks ago. Took 3 weeks to get all the 4 shocks to my house in Maryland. Still have not received the visa gift card for $100. I have called them every 3 days, and they say it is coming.... but it has been 12 weeks. Great Price, but be patient.

Thanks for the help. Does the gift card come from the retail store or is it direct from Rancho? I'm not in a real hurry to put these on, just want to take advantage of the gift card.

I was in no hurry either, but I think they should have told me when ordered that they would not be delivered for a while.

The gift card is coming from a third party fulfillment company in Wisconsin.

If you order online, print the receipt off your computer. This is the one you will need for the rebate. Only a shipping slip comes with the shocks.

How about that....... I finally received the gift card after 16 1/2 weeks. I complained so much they sent it UPS!!!! If you need need the # to call after a few weeks, Let me know.

I sent in my order on the 31st. and was told they would ship from the factory in 7-10 days. I was not to impressed with the reciept Truckaddons.com sent via e-mail, no company logo or anything. Does have their name and a order number so hope this will work for the gift card.The e-mail says I will not be billed untill they ship so this might be a problem. Seems like companies always try to find a way to deny mail in rebates if they can. I'm going to send them a request for a better proof of purchase.
