Cowl leak / seam sealer

I used to like my Ford truck until water started coming in the cab from the cowl everytime I wash my truck or when it rains. Is this something that normally craps out with my toe of truck?...I seriously hate my truck now!..I thought Ford makes their trucks to last!...*****in Junk!!!!

Had the same leak in my 87 F250. No biggie to disconnect the antenna , remove the cowl vent, clean off the bad sealer. Little bit of rust converter, patch a hole, primer, seam sealer, paint. Re-assemble. While at it made sure drain holes were clear at the bottom of the cab. A heck of a lot easier on a 80-96 than on a 67-79.

Did you really come here just to bash on Fords, I mean with the Screen Name, and the first post complaining about how you hate your truck. And on top of that you revive a thread that is like 5 years old in a forum that isn't even related to you Generation of Ford truck. OK my rant is now over
