YETI, I think that my personal favorites are the ones on the Power On Ice truck (see pic above). But, for a dual shock setup of course. If you're talking about making some, send me a PM or email with what you think you would want for them
If it's not too much, I'd say count me in
Well, like I said, hopefully Sunday I will post pics of the project.
They will be the hoop type, first for doulbe shock mount, then single.
Kinda of a cross between what's out there now.
They do get flat spots when it is cold. And when I say cold, I mean 55 degrees. They tend to re-round after a good 5 miles. Not as bad as the boggers though. The smooth ride on the road is great, they absorb bumps great. Congrats on learning how to insert pictures.
Glad to hear that you like them and that they ride good. I wonder what they would be like here when it's around 0* And yes I do enjoy my new found ability to insert pics like this
wow,,,sorry guys i've been really busy....between my 9-5 job, and working on the trucks i've gotten about 4-6 hours of sleep a day for the last two weeks.... a couple of the trucks had a photo shoot, and we have one on sunday with four wheeler.... anyways, yes that is a hydraulic bump stop, haven't had time to install mine... the weld on pieces on the "now sold for 65,000" power on ice truck is the latest addition to the x-treme toys line-up...i was lazy to pull mine off get it welded then powder coat, so i'm leaving mine the way it is....the picture of the other ORU hoops with the different angle was the first generation ones that were built,,,,the second was mine,,,and now they have mine with the addition of the angle support...if you go to http://www.kilbyenterprises.com ,,,you can get the first generation ones,,,,this is mike's other co.... (confer)
if you guys really want the hoops let me see what kind of deal that i can pull..... they may cost a pretty penny though....mike doesnt like selling stuff unless the shop installs it.
