Yep, rollnxl's setup is sweet. And those are the ORU billet dress up kits available for the 7100 series shock, which rolln had polished I think
Oh and those are ORU hoops he has too.
The hoops on the top pic don`t look the same as the ones on the bottom pic? The top ones don`t have the limit strap tab and are different angle i think.
rollnxl will know this one for sure, but I think that the ones he has and the red ones are their "X-Treme Toyz" line. Rollnxl describes the X-treme Toyz parts as ORU parts on steroids. If they are part of the X-treme Toyz line, they cannot be bought by us mail order. They are only available if they do a custom lift on your truck I think. Rollnxl says it kind of makes those parts sort of a limited edition or something like that.
That makes sense! People should not be able to get custom parts like rollnxl's unless they pay for a custom lift. It is nice to have a unique truck so people like me don`t copy. I just live in such a secluded area with no fab shops to make me anything. I really like his setup though! I would like to get a nice tube bender setup and make some of my own stuff someday.

I on the other hand keep trying to convince rolln that he should make an exception and sell me some of those X-Treme Toyz parts. We don't seem to be on the same page on that one though.
If your talking about that short fat looking shock it is a shock bumper i think its called. So as to not bottom out so badly on the final stage of the suspension travel.
Yep, that short cyliinder is the bump stomp. Big bucks $200 each I think. Like Motoxman_117 said it's so that it doesn't bottom out to hard when getting airborn like this
Thinking to myself....I could twist some hoops up pretty dam cheap......hm.....I whimped out and bought the Fabtechs last year for the ease of it, and when I got them, said to myself, I could of built these in an hour!!
If you guys had to choose a style, what would you go with??
Hoop type or the closer fabtech style? or your ideas?
Get enough interest and who knows.....they would be a heck of a lot cheaper than what the other guys are getting.
Be up to you to paint or chrome them though.
