Front Mini-Leaf level kit specs

Does anyone have the specs for the front mini-leaf kit, or the shackle kit. I am a fabricator and could easily build my own set.

Here are the dimensions off my Sanderson Welding 2 1/2" mini pac -

Width is 3" - same as the OEM leaf springs width.

From the top working down to the axle

#1- 13 1/4" long
#2- 11 1/2" long
#3- 9 3/8" long
#4- 7 3/8" long
#5- 6 3/8" long

all are 1/2" thick.

I have had them for about three years now with out any problems at all.

Hope this helps.

That is great. Do you happen to know what size hole is in them. I will have to look at mine to see if I can tell. Thanks again.

No, it is bigger. there is a button head on the end of the centering bolt, similar to a bolt head that's been rounded off. I'd say it's probably 1/2", but don't hold me to that. I can measure one of my old bolts when I get home if I can find it in my junk bin.

OK, I went a dug up the OEM bolt from my front spring pack and confirmed what I was beginning to suspect. The replacement bolt that came with my leveling kit was a 7/16-20 UNF, but the OEM bolt is in fact metric. The bolt is a 11mm X 1.5 by 43mm long. Of course the replacement will be longer to accomodate the height of the thicker spring pack you use. The button on the end of the bolt is 16mm dia by 8mm high (roughly 5/8 X 5/16).
