How Much ?

you pay for a dual carb aluminum intake and carbs and a 255 crank and aluminum heads? the condition of the crank is unknown.

my super dual was 400, 2 carbs show condition 800, crank about 600 and 600 for heads. polishing was all extra

Thanks for the reply Chris. I spotted some used stuff and the fellow had everything advertised for 800. Nothing is show quality but it looks good in the pictures.

i may be high or low on some things but its a good guess without digging up my receipts. $800 is a steal just for the intake carbs and heads if they are in reasonable shape. you should post a pic if you can

heads from 625-825 new
intake 300-500 may be vintage or new depending on the intake
crank 900 but itll be machined already
carbs says call for pricing but the ones i got off ebay were 780 rebuilt and replated with new cleaners

He has it advertised on used Regina but it looks like the older style motor.

The engine in the ad. I wonder if the spare block is the one you see in the background. Looks to also have aluminum heads on it if it is the spare.

if you buy them and they have the stock aluminum heads ill trade you a good set of cast heads and come cash for a set of the aluminum ones?

I hope it works out for you. Have you considered the adapter for the chevy transmissions? As for the engine I was going to go check it out this weekend.
