Another SCT Question

Tell you all what felllow FTE'ers. SCT's customer service staff (esp Matt) is a really dedicated bunch!! Matt took my phone call this morning and stood with me until he was able to reload my stock flash. What a refreshing experience it was in this day and age of "The Customer Comes LAST" . With SCT, the customer still comes first! So this is an official "attaboy" to SCT and their service staff!!!!!!! Oh yeah, he stayed on the phone until the run was actually running! Way to go, Matt.

Yup.... he connected to my 'puter and loaded the flash into the X3. He said I was very, very lucky. At first he said...Ut-Oh, then hold on a bit. Asked for VIN and said how lucky I was. I really don't know at this point what flash version he loaded, but who cares, it's running.
