Differential swap

Hey guys I really need some help. I swapped the diff on F250 HD 7.5L with the same one which is a Dana 50 with 4.10 gears. I have it all put back together. My problem is that the drive shafts are not center with the wheel bearing hub. Is there something I missed or something I didn’t do right?

What vehicle did the other axle come off of?

My truck is a 1996 F250 7.5L and diff came out of a 1992 F250 diesel it had all the same parts down to the Diff ratio.
