Back up.........Remove the belt again, and very carefully examine the belt routing decal under the hood.
You would not be the first or the last to have routed the serpentine belt incorrectly.

The Tensioner does that. Are the pulley's the same size? I'm thinking misrouted. Been there, done that! But it's on & running. Just squeaking? Pully is not completely inline or your belt's fried.
