replacing trans????help
Can I jes unbolt the trans mounts of my np 435, support it,
remove the cross member and shifter, then undue the trans to bellhousing bolts and then jes slide that baby out? then slide
my t-18 up in there? or is there more to it?

Do you have to remove the crossmember? I didnt, but mine was a 4x4. If you arent using a transmission jack, i hope you ate your wheaties. It can be benchpressed into place, but youll feel it in the morning.

Its a 2 wheeler, and having the cross memeber out really helps.
I almost got my t-18 stuck somehow when I was yanking it out through the engine bay becuase of the cross memeber
