Flat spo
Truck is 1972 F250 Camper Special with 390/auto, PS, PB. Carb is 2V remanufactured. Engine is remanufactured with <2000 miles. Everything stock except for Pertronix Ignitor/coil/wires and dual exhaust. Total package has 40K. Installed Pertronix Ignitor in hopes of eliminating flat spot. Helped immensely, but did not totally eliminate. Have owned truck since new. Any help on eliminating flat spot greatly appreciated. Norm Spaulding
Flat spots usually mean you're lean. If G forces are involved, I'd say your float level is too low. Everything is more pronounced when when the engine is cold. Try raising up the float level.
