Are the 60/40 seats from a 91 Ranger a direct replacement for an 88 with 60/40 bench? Need the floor pan holes to match. They look like they are but I want to avoid musical seats. i just need a simple yes/no from an informed individual.

I don't believe so. I think after 89 all the seats were compatible.

Are you not able to measure the mounts?

 

86-92 ex cab to ex cab should be all identical in floor bolt pattern.
Regular cab to extended cab is where problems will be found.

 

My fried did cab swap. drilled and welded, but he got his bed too long and had to put Mitsubishi L200 cab with drilling, welding.... anyway painted in color of cabine looks like a saddle on a cow in wheelwell area
