flapping/rattle noise upfront

flapping/rattle noise upfront
over the last few mornings on my way to school ive noticed a flapping/rattle noise coming from upfront of my truck when i let out of the gas at about 60-75 mph. when i let out of the gas it starts flapping really loud but as soon as i hit the gas again it stops immediatly. i only notice it at higher speeds though. not sure what this would be? dad said it could be my valves possibly? he said they could maybe be loosening up? but then again hes not the worlds best mechanic if you know what i mean lol. im going to check the oil in the morning and see what it looks like. any other ideas?

the only time i hear it is when im going between 60-75. ill try it tomorrow though. maybe its doing it all the time and im just not hearing it at lower speeds. im cleaning the egr, replacing the tps, both u joints, changing the rear end fluid, and hopefully gutting my cats tomorrow if all goes well so ill be out there working on it and try.
