I found this on classicbroncos.com

"Machine your hubs to 5 lug.
Its really easy.
All you do is turn the OD of the wheel hub to fit inside your wheels (I say this because wheels have different center bores. Also Make sure you use a friends lathe when do this. These hubs are far from round and chatter a lot, and brake off bits .
One thats turned down, drill your holes. I had to slug one hole. I had it tested and it was so many rockwells in hardness, I forget, it was harder the the hub.
Next you get your rotor. I used a fullbronco rotor. I turned the back of the hub as much as I could, then opened up the center of the rotor until the back of the hub fit in it.
Here is a pic of my hubs, you can see how close they sit to the hub. That leaves a very thin spacer/adapter.

A few places like SolidAxle.com sell the 5 lug hubs too if you want to buy them.

And this here on FTE - https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/6...-adapters.html

It looks like every once in a blue moon you can find a wheel adapter, but they're a questionable 2-piece design to make the bolt pattern work.

All this info is assuming you're talking about 8 lug hubs, I don't know what the F3's have 8 or 10?

The front axle and spindles are the same 48-52, F1-3. So if you can scrounge up some F-1 5 lug hubs, they'll bolt right on and you'll be good to go. Or if you want to upgrade to disc brakes, that's a good way to go, too. Those kits are also a bolt on.

At the rear, it would be far easier, and probably cheaper, to find either a stock Dana 44 rear or a later F-100 9" rear ('58-'72), swap that in and call it good. I just picked up a really nice 9" with new brakes from a 69 F-100 a guy was parting out on craigslist for $75.
