I'd like to pull out engine, take all apart to know is there a reason to rebuild this engine ore the better way - get newer used engine on salvage yard.

I would wonder what kind of damage was done to the engine when the engine seized, making all those clunking noises as piston parts made their way into the oil pan. I would go for the rebuilt engine as well.

Either rebuilt or used, that's the way to go.
