Help Jerking, Thunking Noises

I have a 2006 150 5.4 CCSB and on occasion it will make jerking and thunking noises when under light load, motor seems fine and then 1 time when attempting to pass kicked it into passing gear rpms came up but then it starting jerking and would not pickup speed. When I got to an area of open road tried it again ran and pulled like it should, the truck has 63K on the clock; any ideas of what to check?

I would guess you have a plug or coil problem. (Bucking under light load) seems to be right in line with my experience of this. Try a search lots of these threads come up with the 5.4/bucking.
