Bought mine from Jeffs Bronco Graveyard. It fit on truck perfect and stopped my leak. I see they stock for Ford trucks too: '87-'91 Hood Cowl Rubber $30.00 + shipping. Look under '80-'96 Fullsize Parts
When I swapped out engines I had the same problem. I looked at several places for new and didn't like the prices I found. So I made one out of garage door weatherstripping. It's about 1.25 inches wide with a slight bend in it. Comes in a 16' roll and goes along the bottom of a garage door and I got it at Lowe's.
I measured and cut how much I needed, applied a bead of silicon sealer to the firewall, and then used the existing screws from the old hood seal to mount it. Due to the soft nature of the weatherstrip I added upholstery washers to the screws. A year later and it still looks brand new and the best thing is no more water on my intake.
