I just burned up my third starter. Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on here. The truck is a Class C motorhome. When I replaced the last starter I also replaced the solenoid.
Any help would be appreciated

Gas or diesel?
If diesel, does it start quickly? Quickly is defined as 2-3 seconds on a diesel.
My best guess is lousy reman starters. You might need to go with something premium, or even new.

No, it's a V-10 gas. I'm going to pull it out tomorrow to get a look at it.
