Could I get some ideas on how to remove the rotors on my '97 expy?
It's time for a brake job and I found them to be 'froze' on. I spoke with a co-worker who just had Meineke Muffler do his '98 and they were pounding on them and heating them up to get them off. They had to replace three of the four rotors.
My best advice is to use a lot of good rust penatrant and get a good "dead blow" hammer to beat on it from the back side. You will need to take off the calliper to do this. I had the same problem with my 1997 Expy but I eventually got them off.
