Originally posted by FarmForward I'm not a fan of Daytona... or any other of the "Super Speedways", for that matter, but I crank it up anyway.
My favorite track?
BRISTOL, BABY!!!!
Stand on and turn left!
Have to agree with you on this one. The pre-race show stated that the favorite tracks were the "super's" but anyone that watches or has been to a race know's it's only because they have more seats in the stands. The cookie-cutter tracks get sooooo boring. The small tracks like Bristol are the "best". Heck these are the only races we have get-togethers for. Who wants to watch the same race over & over. The small tracks are more like Saturday Night racing and a lot of fun. The only problem I have is here I am wanting to watch the race and I end up having to entertain the guys wives. If this keeps up, I'll make sure we only invite people over for the "super" speedway races where I'd rather be entertaining somebody than watching the race.
Seeing as how I live in the middle of 102 acres I can Crank It Up any time I want. The cows are to busy trying to get folks to Chic Filet to worry about my Stereo.
I am more a fan of the Busch North Series. The venues are much smaller like the Monster Mile in Dover De, Lime Rock Park, Stafford Springs, The Waterford Sppedbowl, and The Thompson Speedway, all in CT.
We will be joining the #32 team as an associate sponsor this year, 1/4ley Racing, Dale Quarterley is the driver. He currently is in 6th place standing with 2566 points. Please pull for us if you happen to be at a race, or see us racing on the speed channel. You can check out the team @ BNSracing.com and also @ DaleQuarterley.com
We are also looking for more sponsors so if you know anyone that wishes to participate, please email me under the private message option.
As far as cranking up the sound, if you need that kind of stimulation, come on out to the track. It is so much better than TV.

Wow I didnt realize the poo that promoters go through to sponsor a driver. What I mean is that today I was down at the range shooting some skeet and I happened upon these fancy Dale Earnhardt Jr. 8 shotgun shells. They are manufactured by remington and I was disappointed to see more advertising going on everywhere.
