6.0 overfueling I need help
egr koeo 0.03v engine running 0.99v
code p1000 now
when I got home from work started truck ran smooth no smoke , same thing once warm started to smoke (alot) it deminishes with accelerator application
changed both fuel filters
buzz test ( it showed all 0.00)
tried engine running test but the p1000 shows up says test incomplete
this smoke is eye and throat burning(bad)
alternator putting out 13.5 v
checked out the super chip truck is in stock
Not sure what to do next but I have to get this fixed, I have spent days and days on this truck tie rods brakes new y pipe exhuast manifold bolts and gasket ,oil
cooler,egr,batteries , turbo clean up, and yes the smoke was there boefore I started all this ,

hmmmm.
have you tried a ballon test yet?
that is another possibilty.
you can also try to kill one injector at a time and attempt to change the smoke.
you can unbolt the y-pipe at each manifold and run the truck to try to isolate wich side is causing the issue.
you can cut fuel to one bank and run it on 4 cyclinder and see it that effects change as well.

i will be back at the truck after work tomorrow ,add any othe thoughts I will check when I get home AE says 48v for the ficm and 12 v input it does drop to 47.50v next time I have the AE on I will moniter the volts the entire time

okay balloon test went with no results ran more test with the AE and I think Im the cause most of the codes eveytime I uplug something ugggggh. I change the oil once I got the truck. It has been doing a lot of ideling and road tests I look at it the dip stick last night and level went up, fuel in the oil!!! I air test the passenger side fuel line to 60psi it loses 10 psi in ten minutes the drivers side had held 60 psi for almost 30 minutes. So my next move is to go under the valve cover on the passenger side I think Im barking up the right tree?
running on driver bank still has smoke but just a little , passenger side smokes a bit more but when all 8 are back in it goes into a quiet idle, no dieseling and smokes like crazy. now im unsure what to do next
im going to try checking the mass fuel desired as I disable one injector at a time, also wandering about possible oil leak in turbo I will do more reading ,more time spent researching on this computer then actual hands on the truck. have an appointment today will get back at it this afternoon
mass fuel desired ihas little change with eah injector diabled and again once warm lots of smoke and the mass fuel desired doubles this has been the only constant . put air pressure on the fule lines and no leaking today.(used soapy water to make sure on leaking from my connection to fuel line. When on AE today my sensor read outs went all wonky mass fuel desired went to 100.00 ICP 4061 ICP regulator 0.39-0.00 ficm 10.0v 40.0 v battery voltage 0.31v?(voltage at battery and elsewhere was fine) tried to pull current codes at this time and got no response from enhanced powertrain CAN and smoking like cazy all the time Im really thinking I should have stayed with the 1993 7.3 Im trying not to get frustrated. shut the engine done and restart voltages are back to normal(battery 12.5-13 ficm12.00v and 47.50-48.00v) but mass fuel desired is about 26
