I seen an add up top for this Superbumper, you get plenty of them without a supporter status, hoping to change that soon. Heres the link SUPERBUMPER Hitch Step - Stops Rear End Collision Damage. Just for checking out their web-site they'll mail you these little rubber bump stops to hook on to your lisence plate bracket. Although it doesn't seem like to much protection scratching up somebody's rear end, I got them anyway, can't beat free. I have to say though, been in numerous rear enders, me being on the recieving end of all of them, one serious, this product looks like a nice simple and affordable addition to safety. Plus function as a step, its 100% warrantied. If it gets damaged, they replace it, not a bad deal in my book. The owner Jeff contacted me and sent me testamonials and info, he sounds like a nice fella to deal with. Anyways, just wanted to pass it on to you all..
That is a nice offer they have there Mike. Thanks for posting the link. I am just not sure I can make myself put those on the truck
, not the bump stops but that bar system maybe.. Those bump stops are FREE. Like me Jay, I'm not putting them on mine either because I just don't bump people, I'll find a use around here for them..O well, as long as people are checking them out, thats all that matters, just a heads up to you all.
I like the idea, but my truck is long enough as it is. I dont normally bump into parked cars, but I keep by tri-ball on the bumper just for other idiots...
