Engine dies when headlights are turned on??

Like Joe said,make sure the ballast is grounded good(i actually made a ground wire from the ballast to the frame).Next is you have to take the relay,if you have one from the driver side battery to the passenger side battery.The PCM use the power from the driver side battery and when the lights turn on it drops the voltage enough to stall the engine.Hope this helps you it did for me.
