My originals on the step bumper are in really good shape, and should swap over. If not, the cheapo parts store lights will work too. I was curious about the lmc bolt kit. I also had heard the square section can be too small. Might give 'em a try...
would the brackets work? I am assuming that they will seeing as they say they will, but they look nothing like what those brackets are supposed to unless they have the wrong pics...
I like the light Nick posted a picture of. I will most likely buy those and put white LED lights in them. I intend to have LED lights in every socket on my truck except headlights. For the headlights I am going with 5000k HID headlights. I like REAL WHITE lights, not halogen, they are yellow looking to me. JMO
This is what I bought from LMC to go on my new bumper. I think they look just like the originals.
redsuperduty: Are the lense caps are embossed with "Ford"? The reason I ask is cuz the replacement rear lenses I got from LMC have "LMC" molded into them. I presume it's a licensing issue.
With regards to the rear bumper brackets offered by BOTP, our dents didn't have outer brackets (to mount on the outer bolt holes)? The Bronco that donated to my dent had'em and I definitely used them. I mean, it makes total sense to provide triangulation for strength. Same issue with the front - no triangulation, right? And that's why front bumpers that have been hit have the notorious upward fold above the top bolt hole?
