I went to "TheDieselStop.com" forum last night and spent the a good four hours going through a fifty-page post on the Six-Gun Tuner. Senix was one of the participants and they all went through an extensive learning curve on the tuner which will help folks like you and me with our installation and use. The specific post is located:
2008-2010 Ford Super Duties: 6.4L Upgrades and Aftermarket - Engine: Banks Six Gun
Like I said before, it's about a fifty-page post but it is worth the time to go through it on your own. But back to your original question/post about the power levels. Somewhere in the above forum post is a reply that, if memory serves me correctly, the power levels are set up in something like 20% increments:
Level 1: Stock power @ 0%
Level 2: +20%
Level 3: +40%
Level 4: +60%
Level 5: +80%
Level 6: +100%
I don't know if this is accurate or not but it seems reasonable. I bought my Six-Gun Bundle from the factory and if I get the chance I'll call them and try to find out for sure. Also, in talking to the guy on the other end of the phone line, I found out that apparently Banks Engineering has their people go through extensive hands-on product training where they actually see, touch and install the products that they will be selling. Good luck with your equipment and I hope it serves you well.

Do it when the motor is cold...a little warm is ok. The turbo connection is the one that will burn your fingers.
