turbo flutter

my 2004 f 350 6.0 has 103,000km the egr valve has been disconnected for the last 4500km with no issues.i had a turbo replaced at 67,000km under warranty.And now i have a turbo flutter,i do a proper warmup/cooldwn,and drive with a attitude.is it a easy task to remove and disassemble clean the turbo.......Thanks.Paul

Check the tech folder for a guide to cleaning the turbo.

It would be a hard job for me, easy job for others.
