Welcome to FTE.

I would think the pressure you are quoting is the pressure for the high pressure oil.

There are a number of things that can be a problem:
1. bad sensor
2. bad wiring
3. oil leak
4. bad high pressure oil pump (HPOP)

What year is your truck, and any mods? Also, what was the specific code?

Can't help you any more without information.

As mentioned before - Need to know what year your truck is.

Also, what is the part number of the connector kit?

Was it Ford that found no leaks? HPO leaks are internal.

Who scanned for codes - Ford? I ask because some scanners do not pick up all the DTC's.

Does your scanner support CAN protocol? If not, it is not capable of picking up ALL the codes.

The part is the replacement part for your snap-to-connect (STC) fitting on your HPOP discharge. A common issue for 05's and early 06's.

If that fitting is bad, I would have expected leaks on an air test. If you did not command the IPR closed on the air test it would not have been a valid test.
