hesitation
i have a 2005 f-250 diesel with a banks programmer and that after start up you go to drive and it seems to hesitate and seems to lack the power to get moving. also seems to smoke more than normal. after truck warms up a while it will stop doing this. any ideas what would cause this.

What color is the smoke? How thick? What does it smell like (sweet, diesel, oil, turds) ?
Which Banks programmer? What setting?
How many miles on the truck? What other mods are on it?
