i have a 2005 <NOBR style="FONT-FAMILY: inherit; COLOR: darkblue; FONT-WEIGHT: bold" id=itxt_nobr_1_0>f-250
</NOBR> diesel with a banks programmer and that after start up you go to drive and it seems to hesitate and seems to lack the power to get moving. also seems to smoke more than normal. after truck warms up a while it will stop doing this. any ideas what would cause this.
