Hello, today my truck quit on me, I made a left turn and just like turning off the key, it quit. I thought fuel pump went out, but you could hear it come on when you turn the key on. After a while it restarted and I was able to get it home. I replaced the filter it was pretty plugged up. It started and ran fine, but I tried it later and it started , and quit again, I am thinking it is ignition related, any ideas? its a 95 f 250 auto with 5.8 140000 miles, Thanks Jeff
might be the PIP sensor in the distributor. That is what mine was doing and it was the PIP sensor. Try to pull the codes,mine had a pip sensor code stored in it.
