Drivers grab bar fix?
My last Ford F150 had a grab handle on the drivers side window post. I loved it and am disappointed my new 2010 F150 doesn't have one. Grabing the steering wheel doesn't work for me. Has anyone solved this problem?

I read somewhere else a while back that the Expedition still has the handle, and the interiors are basically the same. There was talk of swapping the A pillar panel and handle into an F-150, but I don't know if that ever materialized.
