transmission cooler

Does the 2003 Excursion 4x4 with the 7.3 Diesel have a transmission and oil cooler?

All Excursions have tranny coolers.

When you say "oil" do you mean engine oil or were you expanding on your question of "transmission oil".

More than likely, the former. I'm not sure about the PSD. I do not think it has a seperate oil cooler but rather the oil flows through parts of the radiator. I could be wrong about this...

Yes the '03 7.3 PSD has a transmission cooler. Many do not believe that it is big enough, but it has one.

I do not believe that there is a separate oil cooler, just a big pan and lots of oil.

As far as i know - all PSD's have a remote oil and trans. cooler. I think the oil cooler is right behind the license plate - in that general area.......but i could be wrong , it happens every so often
