It's basically the XLT-Chrome package in the US, but up here, it's referred to as XTR...

MAPP gas is all I have. I'm gonna need to cut them off....

on a diesel you can heat those nuts with a propane tourch and the nuts will cooperate.
of course you can not propane the nuts on a gas truck becuase of the flash point of gas....

Probably just easier to cut them all off since they are one use bolts/nuts. No?
